Just like the 1892 Rivadavia and the 1910
Centennial stamps do the official stamps printed by the same printing
works have guiding dots in the bottom left corner:

The Official stamps printed by the CSABB have 2 different paper orientations. Not easy to see if you are not used to it: direction of paper horizontal OR vertical. The sizes, however, are thanks to the contraction of the paper different and that is how to establish it: hor. paper -> smaller height, greater width; vert. paper -> greater height, smaller width. The extent of the contraction may differ! The portrait may look more like an ellips than a circle.... The ellips belongs to the vertical direction of paper: |
Los sellos oficiales impresos por el CSABB tienen 2 orientaciones de papel diferente. No es fácil de ver si no están acostumbrados a ello: la dirección de papel vertical u horizontal. Los tamaños, sin embargo, gracias a la contracción del papel diferente y que es la forma de establecer que: Hor. de papel -> menor altura, mayor anchura; vert. de papel -> mayor altura, menor anchura. |
