Op 2 januari 2004 verscheen een hangboekje na de tariefsverhoging voor prior-post binnen Europa als aanvulling op de hangblokken met vergelijkbare afbeeldingen.

After the change of rates for priority letters within Europe, on January 2nd, 2004 an hangbooklet was issued to complement the hangblocks with similar images.
