On 4 February 2005, the United Nations Postal Administration has issued three commemorative stamps and three souvenir sheets on the theme "United Nations General Assembly at Headquarters - Celebrating the 60th Anniversary of the United Nations".  The stamps are hand-engraved by Czeslaw Slania. 

The stamps, in denominations of 80 cents, FS 1,30 and € 0.55, measure 50,34 mm horizontally x 35,5 mm vertically. Perforation 12. The marginal inscription consists of the 60th Anniversary of the United Nations logo. The stamps are issued in vertical sheets of 20.  Further, the stamps are different in that they are "framed" in each their colour:  blue (for United Nations, New York), violet (for Nations Unies, Geneva), and green (for Vereinte Nationen, Vienna). The same colour scheme is applied on the souvenir sheets.

Also three souvenir sheets are issued, in denominations of $ 1,00, Fs 3,00 and € 2,10, and measuring 100 mm horizontally by 80 mm vertically.  The stamps on each souvenir sheet have no perforations, and measure 50,34 mm horizontally by 35,5 mm vertically.  The border of laurel leaves are blue (for the United Nations, New York), violet (for Les Nations Unies, Geneva), and green (for Vereinte Nationen, Vienna).
