• 1983.  Bicentenary of the Treaty of Amity and Commerce Sweden-USA 1783.  Joint Issue with USA.  Featuring Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790). The similar American stamp can be seen on the USA-page.

• 1984.  Centenary of the Fredrika Bremer Association.
  Please note that there exists another stamp of the same design, but in rose colour and a surface value of 1,50.  This stamp is not engraved by Slania, but by one of his colleagues, Martin Mörck. 

• 1984.  Christmas Stamps.  The two stamps are out of a set of four, of which Slania has engraved the two shown stamps.

• 1985.  St. Canute.  Joint issue with Denmark.  The similar Danish stamps can be seen on Denmark, page 11.  St. Canute shown from the seal on the deed of gift, in front of Lund Cathedral, and Helsingborg. 
  There are three historical errors on these stamps:  
      1) The person on horseback (both stamps) holding a falcon, is William the Conqueror's seal, and not King Canute's.   
      2) The Cathedral of Lund, shown on the left stamp, did not have two towers at that time, but only one.  
      3) The castle on the right stamp "Kärnan" in Helsingborg (Sweden) was only built 300 years after King Canute's death!

• 1985.  International Youth Year.  The stamp is out of a set of three, of which Slania has engraved the stamp shown, symbolizing "participation".
